HSV Contraction Concern
Day 0.Had protected oral sex with SW. She did not have sores that I could see. She did apply the condom using her mouth.It was removed as she finished me with a lubed HJ.She did lick my scrotum several times while condom was on
Day 2.Started antibiotics to treat reoccurring prostatitis
Day 7.Itchy groin turned into a burn.Later noticed inner thighs , waistline, armpits, and inside one elbow had a symmetrical rash. Prompt care said I had become allergic to the antibiotic,to stop taking.Prescribed Prednisone & Benadryl.Rash 50% gone next day & 100% gone in 2 days.Inner thighs still swollen
Day 8-12.Lymph node tingling.No fever.Random cold chills and dizziness.Prostatitis stuff I’ve had before
Day 15.Visit primary for follow up.Groin lymphs & prostate were a little swollen.Chlamydia and gonorrhea tests neg.Wht/Red blood count normal
Day 16.Day after seeing Dr, noticed raised bump on my inner thigh. It’s 5mm in diameter.Hurt slightly when clothing rubbed it or I pushed on it. Short hair coming out of the side.Is reddish. Skin around it was irritated, but flat.No signs of fluid or white head. Bump is semi hard when pressed. Pics in album. Had a black line running across it, like ingrown hair. Called primary, said to monitor
Day 20.Horrible pain (charley horse like) in right leg. Went from inner thigh, down the back of leg to the back of knee & calve.Bad enough I could not sleep. Could walk fine.Did not hurt to touch. Leg pain better when I stood.Possibly pulled something trying to get a better look at bump, IDK
Day 22.Leg pain better.Bump/red spot better but still there.More sensitive to clothing today.More non painful bumps appeared just above penis.Look like pimps but still worried
I have not experienced any abnormalities on genitals.No discharge/pain urinating. Worried that I had a rash, flu symptoms, red bump, & muscle pain..all symptoms common with HSV. Things that can be contributed to something else too, very coincidental.Frantic! Help Please

If you've never had a cold sore then you have some risk of acquiring HSV 1 from receiving oral sex from her, but if the only contact was while she was putting the condom on with her mouth, that's incredibly minimal contact indeed

While it is true that flu symptoms can sometimes accompany a first herpes infection, this certainly does not sound like atypical first infection with herpes. The bump with a hair coming out of it sounds like a folliculitis and I'm not clear what's going on with your leg, but it certainly is not consistent with the usual pain associated with a herpes prodromal symptom. It sounds a lot more like a pulled muscle to me.
And herpes to me doesn't look like a red bump. When there is a lesion, it looks like a water blister or ulcer or scab. It starts out as a red area that raises and blisters but it doesn't stay a red bump.
