HSV2 Infection or something else.
Dear Friends,
I had an sexual encounter with a lady in massage parlor on 10 May 2017. No oral Sex or kissing, only penis to vagina sex using condom. When I finish, I found the condom was broken, Means I had in her for 2-3 minutes and finished inside her only. since then having symptoms, burning urination, tingling and burning on lips linings and corner of lips. Had a very small sore type blister on upper lips after 5-5 week. Discharge type feeling from penis, headache. Burning inside nose. I am 35 male and married and father of two Child - 0.7 month and 6 yrs old. No previous history of HSV 1or 2. Had Chlamydia which had cleared. Tested for all STD on 8 days post exposure, All negative including HIV 0.008 Index, no testing of HSV. On 2.5 week post exposure tested for HSV2 IgG - 0.5 (-) and IGM 0.77 (-) Tested again at 4.5 week HSV2 Igg 0.91 (equivocal) Igm 0.66 (-), HIV 0.2(-). ELISA all tests. Symptoms, tingling and burning on lips and nose, feels mild swelling on face, burning urination, itching all over body, no sore but feel hot and red on left side of eggs and on penis sometime, shooting pain on penis. No fever yet. now week7, all symptoms continued and a very small blister appeared on upper lips. My questions are pls;-
1. Is this HSV 2 confirmed infection? Does HSV2 causes sores on lips?
2. What is the Genital HSV1 and difference with HSV 2.
3. What if, I kiss my wife and my kids on cheeks with no cold sore on my mouth...chances for infecting them.
4. If I use condom while sex and do only smooch (Mouth to mouth kissing), no oral sex we do..what are the chances to infect my partner.
5. Why my HIV ELISA Test index increased from 0.008 to 0.2 in 2 week.
Pls guide. What to do. Planning to test in eight and 12 week soon.

Hsv2 oral is rare. If you didn't kiss or preform oral sex then you didn't contract any hsv on your lips.
2. Hsv1 and hsv2 are just the two strains of herpes.you did not contract hsv1. Hsv1 is almost always caused by oral sex and contracting it from vaginal sex is extremely rare.
3.you didn't get oral herpes from this.

5.tests all have values. They fluctuate. Test at 12 weeks to be sure.
