Herpes or something else?

A year ago I had unprotected sex with a female partner and began to experience leg pain after but after repeated test nothing came up positive, these past few months I’ve had a red rash appear around my lips but never had anything burst or crust. I also have had random pain inside of my mouth similar to burning as well as the continued leg pain. I have yet to get a positive on any test so this is quite annoying and only seems to fluctuate between getting a little better and way worse. The rash around my lips has tendencies to lighten up then get really bad but it never itches or is painful and it has never completely gone away since it’s first appearance a few months ago.

If you've never had a positive herpes test, and it's an IgG blood test, then you don't have herpes. You should start looking at allergies (food, drink, lip balm, toothpaste, etc), and see if that comes up with anything for the mouth symptoms.

Leg pain can be caused by many things, included a pinched or entrapped nerve, a pulled muscle, etc. You don't describe it, so I can't pinpoint it more, but continue to work with your doctor, and perhaps ask to see an ortho or neuro doc to help with that.

For your mouth symptoms, look up oral allergy syndrome, and see if that fits.
