HSV2 false postive? igg test

So, im currently is abut of a mess in relation to my diagnosis...so heres my story

about 2 months ago i have my first unprotected sexual encounter in 2 years and prior to this i was in a relationship with a girl for 4 years which i know was STI free.

So the day after this encounter i started to see red dots on my penis which didn't itch nor hurt.

2 days after the encounter these red dots started to make for very very tiny blister and notice one of them had a  tiny little white dot on it.

6-7 days after started pretty intense testicle pain and tingling around the testicles and genital area

8 days after encounter symptoms consisted so i got a blood test and urine test at the health clinic

3 days later the these test it cam back negative for everything expect herpes II. After i got these results i went to another doctor and urologist and they where quite spectacle that the test was a false positive saying they would be amazed if i had IGG antibodies produced that quickly. There diagnosis said it was properly from friction from sex or of a yeast infection producing the symptoms. since then i'm still getting prodrome symptoms constantly ranging from nerve pain in leg, testicle tingling and pain, tingling in hand and feet too even my arm producing a weird numbing pain.

Q1: Since the diagnosis I've been suffering quite bad anxiety, however would anxiety produce these symptoms this long (2 months)?

Q2: And secondly, has anyone seen a igg test positive 8 days after the sexual encounter?

It is a good idea to retest. Yes the number can fluctuate but not a lot.

I agree with the Drs. That is to fast for an igg test to pop positive. What was your numeric value (positive number)?
you wouldn't get herpes symptoms for months at a time. Having bumps start the next day is really quick for hsv. 4 days is average

The paper showing the results didn't even give the igg number, it just says positive for HSVII. you think it would be a good idea to get re-tested? does the igg number fluctuate alot?
