HSV2 test question

I had a result of hsv2 igc type spec test result of 1.35

My corresponding test for hsv1 is <.91.  I have recently had some issues with some irritation / slight pain of the urethra but no bumps that I can see and no sores / etc.  i did have unprotected sex maybe 3 weeks back.  What are my next steps i should take now?  Could this be a false positive?

Basically I'm saying there's no need for
Me to immediately panic.  Right now I've had no signs of herpes and if someone gave me herpes the most likely person would have been back on may 30th

I'm sorry but that's a phrase I'm not familiar with to understand what you are asking.

at this point you need to wait until at least 3 months post encounter and repeat your hsv2 igg test at that point and go from there. you tested far too early to get an accurate result so we can't confirm a false positive or not at this point.
