HSV2 vires survival

I got some HSV2 fuilds on my finger from a girls I was with. I wiped the finger against her skin to clean it off. I then washed my hand with cold water and no soap. Right after that I held on to my penis for about a minute. I was then dry humped by the girl with my pants on. There was lots of friction but I had my pants on.

1. Is it possible to have contracted HSV2 as I had HSV2 contaminated liquid on my finger?
2. Can HSV2 fluids survive on my finger even after I wipe the finger dry but don't use soap?

So what about the genitals. Can it be transferred from her sores to my genitals through my fingers?

this was not a risk for you.

you can contract hsv2 on your fingers but there has to be open wounds at the time as well as they would have to be actively shedding the virus. it happens but not often.
