Herpes - spots on my ball sack.

hi Doc, I am a Male and have had sexual intercourse recently with a girl. Oral and vaginal, I had unprotected oral sex and used a condom for vaginal sex. Its been around 5 - 6 days and today i have had a couple (2 at the moment) of sort of Yellow heads , exactly like u could get as a ***** spot on your face, come up half way down my ball sack (if thats the technical name). I am worried this is herpes. I have no sores as yet on my penis (although i did use a condom for vaginal sex) The spots are about 2 centimetres down from the base of my penis in the centre of my ball sack. I have no other symptoms that ive really notice. Im panicking slightly as this is something incurable. immediate advice would be GREATLY appreciated. thankyou.

You need to have more patience. there is not someone sitting here just waiting to answer posts. We all do this on a volunteer basis.

You will have to follow up on this with your provider to find out what is going on. These could be many, many things.
