if it's privacy issue, i guess internal messages would work and you can attach a disclaimer "This message, including any attachments, is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information. Any unauthorized review, use, disclosure or distribution is prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, please contact the sender by e-mail and destroy all copies of the original." this should prevent any legal issues,,,not that i would cause any but maybe put your mind at ease

Thanks for the swift reply. do you have any idea about what kind of testing is required for entering medical students. also, if you don't mind providing your credentials, i would appreciate that. would put mind at ease( i guess the other part is you could be lying but i am going on the basis of honesty policy; please don't take offense personally. thank you :))

None whatsoever, 60% or more of people from all careers and professions have HSV1. i imagine that discriminating on the basis of HSV status in the workplace is universally unacceptable.
