Herpes HSV 1 (Gential) or Balanitis or Candida?

I am very much confused about Herpes HSV 1 (Gential) or Balanitis or Candida? I had unprotected sex 3 month before. I did HIV test in first and second month after exposure and came out negative.
After second month, I found small red rashes on head of my penis. Doctor did the swap test and told me its balanitis. I applied cream for 2 weeks no result. Also I found white layers inside my cheek. In third month, I did all STD test like HIV, Hep-B & C, Chlymdia, and Herpes. During that time I was very stress from 2 month and hectic & stressful work, and saw some skin rashes on penis (kind of ulcers). In test report all other tests are negative and HSV - 1 came out positive (IGg test on 3 months exposure).
Doctor told me to take valtrex and gave me some cream to apply. I have joint pain from 2 month and blisters on my back. I never had cold sores, swap test result showed balanstis and blood test showed HSV -1. My Penis skin peeling and ulcer almost healed now.  I am confused, taking swap test or blood test or blot test for herpes conclude something. Also, is it yeast or candida because of white layer inside my cheek and sore throat (feel likes something struck in throat)?

Kindly advise, is there any test to find out the problem.
