Herpes? PLEASE help me !!

I'm a female and I've only ever slept with 2 people (the guy I lost my virginity to lost his to me as well). I rebounded and slept with a guy 8 times. We always used a condom. I had to go get tested after him because he gave me a yeast infection (there was no burning or itching though, only swelling). I got a pelvic exam and came back negative for everything they tested for. They gave me a pill and I was fine within a day or two. After that I had another brief relationship. We never had sex and the guy told me he didn't have herpes and had been tested (although I don't know if for herpes). We did however do oral and we had skin contact a few times on my upper pelvic/lower hip area. The sex was 6 months ago and the other guy was 5 months ago and I haven't done anything since (learned my lessons). However, I'm still so freaked out about herpes. The guy I had sex with said I was the fourth person he's ever slept with and that he's never had symptoms. However, I shaved down there 2 weeks ago and now on the top area of my bikini line I have reddish circles. Most of them have hair growing out of/near them. I noticed them 2/3 days ago. They don't itch or hurt and they're flat but I'm freaking out. Some faded but they also spread. I can't tell if it's irritated hair follicles or something more serious. I'm scared to death of herpes. Does this sound like it?? Should I get tested? They said not to do blood tests but I'm terrified.

There is no way of determining risk, someone either has herpes or they don't.

You have had no genital cold sores by the sound of it, hence this represents a very low chance of genital herpes.

So my encounters sound low-risk? I'm sorry to bother you and i plan on seeing a nurse tomorrow but peace of mind would be amazing right now.

You are not describing any symptoms of herpes, it is most unlikely you have genital herpes. Hence I see no real reason to test, unless you wish to do so mutually with a prospective partner.

If you can't accept this as the likely case for you, then obtain a blood test, the choice is up to you in the end.
