Herpes blood test and antibiotics?
Hello I was wondering if taking an antibiotic would interfere with my herpes week 12 blood test. I've recently got a infection cellulitis from a bug bite and I am on medication. I was wondering if being on this would interfere with my results for my upcoming test Saturday. I know the possibility of me having herpes was slim to none, but I want the week 12 test to finally put the issue to bed. Thoughts?
Hi, antibiotics have no effect on virues including herpes so would no interfer with any test results.
