Herpes Results Freaking out

Hello All,

I have been reading more information on this site and I am not more confused than ever.  I actually wish I hadn't gotten tested at this point.  Timeline:
-Dec. 2013 tested 4 months after previous exposure, negative for all std's. <.90 for HSV2 and HSV1.
- Single brief unprotected exposure 9/18 this year.
- No herpes lesions and no other symptoms other than stress & anxiety.  Very concerned so examining constantly.
- 9/26 morning went and got full STD panel.  Mainly to rule out chlym and ghon, but did the full panel for a baseline.  Was planning on being retested 9 weeks and 3 months after exposure.
- Testing done through stdcheck.  They say IGG for herpes testing.  Testing done at Labcorp.
- 9/28 test results for all STD's negative except HSV2.  HSV1 still <.90.  HSV2 2.6.
- I had brief unprotected oral - male with female.  Have been checking constantly and no herpes lesions day 12.  Going out of my mind, how can I have 2.6 8 days post exposure.  I have been all of this website and talked to the company that does the testing.  Nobody says you can produce antibodies in that amount of time!!!  And with no symptoms even less likely.  I know false positive is a good option based on the numbers.  Tested negative previously and number should be higher for older infection.  From all of the doctor posts they say it would be an older occurrence and not from the recent exposure if test positive at 8 days.  It is less than 3.5.  Going to get a 2nd IGG test done today.  I feel great except for stress and anxiety from results.  Having trouble eating and sleeping since getting results yesterday morning.  I am going to be in Seattle over the weekend.  Should I try to get a western blot test to confirm results?  What should I expect from new IGG test only 3 days after last test?  Is there something in the blood that causes a false positive?  None of this is making sense to me based on what I have read on the site.

Thank you all for what you do!!!!!

Sorry!  I was hoping to get more opinions, but I didn't mean to waste space or time.  This post had a lot more information than the other 2.  I should have added it to the other thread.  Just had a lot more information after reviewing this site.

It doesn't help to have multiple threads going at once with the same questions. You've been getting accurate replies in the other two threads. Please pick one of them and continue the discussion there.

Sorry - I should have said oral and vaginal.  NOT just oral.
