doctor thinks I dont have herpes because there were no visible signs. I thought i have it because ofI constant penis burning, penile chenges and frequent urination changes that began immediately after sex, two months ago .
and again, unfortunately, none of the institutions in this city have testing for herpes . I understand i have to wait 12 weeks to have exact result

So a doctor HAS diagnosed you with herpes??!  Or you just THINK you have it?

the sad truth is  here where I live  is no testing for herpes, . last two months, four visits to the doctor, I had no viiable signs that would lead to herpes (doctor diagnosed), so I gave up on further examination by a doctor., at the same time urologist explained to me that I have prostatis. whether it's a coincidence that it happened at the same time or not, I do not know. it seems to me that it does after every shower, I get a burning on my penis glans  already for  two months.  with all that said I still do not know what disease I have
what would be your opinion

Looked at the picture and it looks much better today than the last one you sent.

Also if they never filled w/ fluid and ulcerated that's a good sign.  I'm not a doctor, so don't get too excited by my saying that.  You've had some other symptoms that sound somewhat similar to herpes. Probably too late to have this irritation swabbed (or "Cultured") as Fleetwood is suggesting (but I'd still go to an urgent care or Emergency Room and have them try) if I were you...

Lastly, take some time today to find a place near where you live where you COULD be swabbed and if something like this ever comes up again, have it swabbed within the first day or two of symptoms.

Good luck.  And, again, my thought on this is that the fact that they never filled with fluid or ulcerated is a good thing.

I will try to find a place for swab testing, I did not come into contact with Poison Iwy. the only thing I can think of surfing the Internet is yeast infection rush or shingles.
thank you very much

That looks more like an abrasion today, or even a poison ivy rash.

Either way you cannot tell from a visual inspection, surely the doctor can do a swab to send to the lab?

No test for herpes here where I live. If you do not bother to look, I put a new picture of this morning, it looks like this after the third day

thank you

Many conditions look like that from HSV1, HSV2, Zoster (shingles) even staph (bacterial). Only a swab will be definitive. Obtain one immediately whilst those sores are good to go!

If theres clear liquid inside like a blister, then maybe ,but to have an outbreak there would mean its a recurrent outbreak and that youve had herpes for a while. If you think you just contracted herpes from some sex, its not an area for a first time primary outbreak. Cant tell from the photo and we cant confirm as only testing would confirm. I can say because of the area its not a common area for a outbreak.

Living in Bosnia, and believe it or not, no institution does  herpes test.Help me to understand, this is not herpes HSV, which is transmitted with sex and I do not need to be afraid that I will infect someone
thank you

Hi, the usual herpes sores starts off as a blister that opens and spreads the virus to the surrounding area in a cluster type grouping. Often clear liquid filled lesions that can be very painful esp in the genital area. First time outbreaks would occur at point of contact like the penis shaft or genital area. Recurrent outbreaks could occur anywhere in the boxer short area. Outbreaks tend to occur in the same spot give or take an inch.
What your showing is more of a rash and in the world of herpes, if you in your 50.s or so, its called shingles. We can suggest to have a blood test to confirm your herpes status or a swabb of the rash and a pcr test performed to see what it is.
