Herpes on clit?

So I had protected sex with someone that has hsv2 and is asymptomatic. The next day my clit feels strange and goes to irriated to raw/painful. Went to the doctors a week later said it was inflamed and had little cuts, kinda red spots.Got tested came back negative. I've been dealing with this on and off now for like 6 weeks. Could I have tested to early? I know everyones symptoms are different and it affects. Please help.

It doesn't hurt to pee.
But it's more irritated/painful/raw when I have the need to pee.
My lower abdomen has been hurting.
Also sometimes to go pee my bladder will hurt like with pressure instead of getting the sensation to pee.
The raw/sore feeling comes and goes.

Test with western blot for most accurate results but if test came back negative. If i was in your shoes i  would move on since most individuals are asymptomatic and the stigma on the condition is much worse than the condition itself unless you are asymptomatic but that only accounts for around 30-15% of people.

If your doctor swab tested the cuts you can take your negative results to the bank

Well at least that the cuts are not herpes related
She didn't swab. I'm just wondering when is the right amount of time to get an accurate result?
For igg test 12 weeks

for sure your herpes test was too early all you really know is you weren't exposed before. Was this an igg test btw? In any case if youve been experiencing these symptoms within 24 hrs of sex and for as long as 6 weeks its guaranteed not to be herpes related. My guess would be a combination of irritation and possibly uti? Best to have your Dr evaluate.
