Herpes on whole body. Please help!!

My whole body has small bumps all over. Especially my chest and legs. I got genital herpes 3 years ago and my ex ended up getting it but it appeared on his scalp and body. Then because we slept in the same bed my scalp became so itchy and throughout a year I noticed small bumps and pimple like bumps appearing everywhere on my body. I can’t stop scratching and worst of all my family and coworkers have been scratching and saying they’re are itchy too now. I asked my doctor multiple times if this was a mutated form of herpes because it came from my ex being infected and I even got sick again with all the flu symptoms like I did when I first got the virus. Two of the worst times I’ve ever been sick and I didn’t even actually feel “sick” just intense body pain, bad diarrhea, stomach pain, and fever and chills. Literally as I’m typing this I have scratched my head/face and body at least 20 times. The bumps won’t stop appearing. Everyone around me is getting infected. I feel like a ******* lepar. I unintentionally infected my whole family and coworkers but yet the doctors say it’s just normal skin. Then why is everyone around me getting the same symptoms!!! I take my antiviral medication and it does nothing for me except stop the genital blisters. I’d rather have those then this extremely contagious skin disease. It’s all I think about every single minute of every single day. I can’t even be happy to think about my future because I am riddled with a highly infectious disease that is literally spreading to everyone close to me. I need help other than multiple doctors telling me herpes can’t spread to the rest of the body because that’s ********. There’s a reason there’s no cure. The virus is always mutating with each new person it infects. I even said this to my doctor and she said it was impossible. I am afraid to touch things and to even sit on the couch because my family had been saying their itchy now out of nowhere and I know it’s from me. I want to cry every single damn day. And now I have herpes looking blisters on my toes. They hurt when I step on them wrong and they literally just look like herpes. I don’t know what to do. I need some serious help. There’s so many people around me that I see getting these symptoms after I’ve been in contact with them of their things. Please help me with any kind of advice. I’m taking acyclovir and lysine and I use tea tree oil shampoo and nothing stops the bumps and the itching !!!
