Herpes or Chlamydia or which possible STD??????????

Exposure: Unprotected Outer course (genital rubbing, no sex) in massage parlor
Exposure Date: 11th September 2017
First Symptom: 4th October 2017 to 8th October (5 days) [3 weeks after exposure]
• Itching in penile head and foreskin, 2-3 painless spots with white substance on it.
• When cleaned, left with red spots. Painless but mild itching.
• Spots went away in 3-4 days, (applied tenovate as prescribed by doctor)
• Tests (after 4 weeks of exposure) HSV ½ (IGM negative, IGG  1.22 (1.2 cutoff))
Second Symptom: 1st November 2017 to 24th November 2017 (24 days) [7 weeks after exposure]
• 5-6 small red painless dots on penis head, eventually grew in size, no pain, no itching
• This time it went away in 24 days, applied tenovate occasionally in between.
• Tests (after 10 weeks): HIV, VDRL, HSV 2 – All negative
Third Symptom: 5th Dec ember to 14th December [12 weeks post exposure]
• 2-3 very small red spots again on head. Again no itching no pain.
• Went away in a week.  Applied tenovate in last 2 days.
• Tests: HIV, HBV, HCV, VDRL, HSV 2 all negative at 16 weeks. HSV 1 equivocal (1.07)
• No tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Tirchomoniasis yet.
Fourth Symptom: 27th dec to 31st dec  [ 16 weeks post exposure]
• Mild pain in right testicle for one week.
• Ciprofloxacin prescribed by urologist for 15 days BID and 1 gm azithromycin at once.
• Tests: Urine and Semen analysis and culture plus scrotum ultra sound.
• Urine analysis normal, culture sterile.
• Pus cells 15-18 HPF in semen, culture sterile though (no aerobic pyogenic bacteria found)
• Ultrasound normal report
Condition on 12th Jan 2017
• Mild Body itching and mild anal itching since the very first day symptoms started to till date. No rashes.
• No pain to very low pain in scrotum now, penile head still not back to normal color. Some redness persits plus loss in sensitivity of the tip.
• No problem in urination, no discharge since the first day.
• Started having boils in thighs, face fourth months after exposure (not sure if it is related!)
• Hair fall excessive.
• Right hands knuckles were red and fingers looks like burnt. (dermatitis)

Doubts:
1. Do I really have any STD? If yes, possible ones?
2. After all tests I am sure enough I don’t have HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis or HSV2.
3. Is it possible for chlamydia and Gonorrhea to cause Balanitis without pain in urination or discharge as symptoms??

Sutely doesn't sound like an std. Genital rubbing is not a risky event. I would be looking for answers that are not std related

Thank you for your response. I hope you read all the events post exposure. Any other possible infection??
I read it all yes. I have no idea but this does not sound like herpes or any std for that matter.
