Herpes or Something else?

Okay so let me get this out of the way. My question is do you think I have herpes or something else. Now my symptoms been continuous itching on testicles and around to my bottom. Now I do have a lot of while bumps all over my testicles and wrapped all around the bottom of my shaft. I’ve been tested about 7 times for hsv (herpes and everytime it’s negative) so I’m to the point where I am getting certain that it’s not HSV because throughout 1 of 7 test should’ve been negative if I hate it because I went to different clinics (labcorp, quest diagnosis) all came negative been screened by 3 doctors and all didn’t see what looks like herpes. So that is being ruled out. I been tested for all types of things I did a whole panel and all came negative. My guess is that it’s a reaction or Fordyce spots. I am no doctor! But I am seeing a doctor and we are trying to figure this out. He prescribed steroid ointment which could reduce itching he’s not sure as well. I see him in a week to see if any improvements happened. I forgot to mention I just received oral from my gf at the time she came back negative for hsv. I just want the itch to stop it’s been way to long any ideas?

I’ve also gotten out of a toxic relationship and got heartbroken. Which make me upset as well. I overthink I get it from my grandma she used to do it to. I also lost her during that time so it added on the pain.

Well, I can't help you with your anxiety - I'm not a trained professional and you shouldn't trust me to do that. I would suggest that you talk to someone about that. You deserve to feel better.

We've all been through a lot in the past year, right? Added to the pandemic is anything happening in your own country - what level of lockdown you've been in, if you've had political stuff, etc. You've personally had a bad relationship and a breakup and lost your grandmother.

We're all some kind of traumatized. Don't hesitate to talk to someone to work through that. One good thing you can know going forward is you definitely don't have herpes. :)

Best of luck to you. If you need help with anxiety, we have a forum for that - https://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/71 They can't help you with herpes, but they can with anxiety.
Thanks you helped a lot I really do appreciate it I’m slowly getting better.

You've seen 3 doctors and had 7 negative tests. This is not herpes.

Back in August, I suggested that you look for something maybe that you're allergic or sensitive to - https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Herpes/Is-it-herpes-or-something-else/show/3057664

Have you done that?

What kind of soap are you using? Use a gentle soap, like Dove for sensitive skin, or a non-soap cleanser, and see if that helps. Use only scent and dye free detergents, toilet paper, etc.

Have any of these doctors been dermatologists? If not, that should be your next step.

Also, and I mean this sincerely, could this be a presentation of anxiety? Guilt? Those can present with very real symptoms. I'm not discounting your symptoms, but if they are from anxiety or guilt, you need to treat those in order for it to get better.
