Herpes or maybe a fungus in butt crack!?

I'm 19 and was in Florida and decided to be stupid and meet up with a guy (I'm a guy) and we didn't have sex and I explained to him how I freak out about stds so I asked him several times that night before and after  we messed around if he had anything, so we were naked and I was on top of him and his dick did touch my anus a little bit, but I moved it to the front after about ten seconds and others than that it was near my penis the whole time, then we just jacked each other off. This was July tenth. Now about July 22 I realized when I sat down it was a little uncomfortable, didn't think anything about it went to work next day. Work outside fixing fence in heavy jeans and sweat real bad all day then go and workout, my butt crack started itching near the top. Later that night I got my phone out and I saw that there was a dry cracked spot near my anus on the opposite side of my Gentiles, the side closest to the back, and freaked out. It reminded me of cracked skin in between toes on the foot. It didn't really hurt it just was irritating. I left it alone and went to work the rest of the week and the itching went away after the first day or two but the hotness got worse by the end of the weekend I though maybe it was fungus so I started applying lamisil on it last Tuesday or Wednesday and it it a little better today. There are no blister or bumps and the dry cracked spot went away pretty quick but after I sit for too long my butt crack gets hot. Does this sound like it could be herpes? It's not sore at all to the touch, never has been. Please help!

It would appear as so. To contract herpes, there needs to be some rubbing and grinding to force the virus into the nerve and it would be very rare for a person to have the virus on the penis head, it would be more on the shaft or pubic mound area.

Thanks for the reply, after I saw this and was worried I thought shaving that area would help, a day later now a few days later I have a few red pimple like bumps where I shave. Do you think it's just razor burn?
