Herpes or no

I have a question..In may I had unprotected sex with a man, mistake I know..2 weeks later I got a sore throat, stiff neck, painful lymph nodes in neck, loss of appitite ect basicly all symptoms that would point to HIV infection..However I tested negative at 12 weeks for HIV..And have been told this result is conclusive..Std tests negative as well as normal pap smear..However, I noticed a strange red blotch or mark on the inside of my vagina..along with my vagina being swollen..This mark later turned into what looked like an ulcer or a cut and then disappeared..I did notice painful urination but it was only one night..now does this sound like herpes? I am not sure I was tested for herpes and the sore had disappeared by the time I went to gyno...So if my HIV test is conclusive would my symptoms maybe be from herpes????? I cant figure this out

It's been since may since you last had sex so you can go get a type specific herpes igg blood test now.

The rest of your symptoms on your arms and finger - should they reoccur you should go and be seen.
