Herpes or not ?

Ok I made a post but need help and please someone give me a correct answer

From last week to last Saturday I've been having random bumps that came around my penis and went away ... When I had sex with my girlfriend ..but last Saturday I was drunk made a mistake with a girl I thought a condum broke so I put in another one etc etc etc ..a day later I noticed red dots on my penishead ...and around the tip of my penis where I pee from ... Then on Monday thru wensday having sore testicals and itchy penis tip no discharge ..but on wensday went to the doctor they treated me for clymda/gono but the rash is still there ..on wensday the doctor said she does not believe it was herpes so on Thursday night went to the er they looked and said it doesn't look like herpes more like irritation ..the doc at the ER gave me some anti  bacteria Vaseline type of cream to put on it ..but now it looks more reddish and more bumps appeared..no sores no blisters but one bump kinda has a cut on it and raised a little bit  and another one has raised ...

I'm worried that girl who I slept with on Saturday I known her from way back and we did have sex in the past which she came out clean but still can't be too sure you know ...

I just wanna know from experience is this herpes...

No discharge
Doesn't hurt when I pee
No blisters for now
Just need some advice

Plus I gotten std test they didn't swab it on Monday Ima go back and ask for a swab

Present to a doctor and request a swab if you have concerns. Request they be tested using PCR for HSV1 and HSV2.

You do not describe symptoms of herpes and this has been confirmed by medical professionals. No need for concern here regarding genital herpes.
