Herpes outbreak triggered by sexual intercourse?

Before i continue, it is important to state that as far as i am aware i do not have HSV 2 or HSV 1. However, 3 nights ago i had unprotected sex with a girl i have been dating for a while. We had sex three times in the space of roughly 8 hours. The following morning, i noticed a small crack/cut on my foreskin. It was black in color and was and still is painless. Now, I'm aware that my symptoms can not possibly suggest that i'm experiencing a primary outbreak after being exposed to her. Firstly, because i'm certain she does not have herpes, but most importantly, i know symptoms would not appear a few hours after exposure. However i am concerned that the vigorous sex has triggered an outbreak from an infection acquired from  a previous unknown exposure. This was the first time i have had unprotected sex for two years. In those two years, i have also had protected sex twice. I have never had any symptoms to suggest herpes in the past, but i am worried that i may have skipped a symptomatic primary outbreak and this is a secondary outbreak with visible symptoms. With regards to my symptoms, it has been 3 days now and the small crack/cut on my foreskin has not changed in appearance from what i can observe, and it is still painless. I also have no other symptoms.

My main queries would be...

If vigorous sexual intercourse was to trigger an outbreak, how soon would symptoms appear? As soon as mine have, or longer?

Do my symptoms sound like herpes or just irritation?

Is it possible to skip the primary outbreak and then experience a very mild secondary outbreak later down the line?

Thanks for hearing me out.

It's just the healing process as I seriously doubt this has anything to do with hsv

It is possible to skip the primary and have an outbreak later. That being said it is surely from the amount of sex in a short time. It sounds more like trauma than hsv for sure.
Why don't you get an hsv igg blood test? Since this is on your mind it seems like a negative result will put this behind you.

Thanks for the advise, I plan to get a blood test. Upon closer inspection, the cut/crack seems to be disappearing, but not before a small whitish flake seemed to form surrounding it and fell off today. Could this be the scanning process of a herpes lesion or just simply the cut healing? Would it heal this soon even with a recurring outbreak?
