Herpes symptoms for over a month without outbreak?

It has only been 9 weeks since possible encounter. I have not had any blisters at all that I know of. I'm going to be getting another blood test in 3+ weeks.
Pretty much everyday for the past 8 weeks I have felt or think I have felt some kind of symptom.

First question, can herpes cause itchy/sore butt crack. Feels kinda like chaffing. And could it go on for 2-3 weeks non stop.
I've also been having pains & twitches mainly in my legs for over a month. Also sometimes in my arms, lower back, & neck. But legs every single day.

Also could herpes cause headache, sore throat, and ears ringing "tinnitis" everyday for 3+ weeks. I'm hoping those are all from my sinus surgery 3 weeks ago.

You're symptoms are not from herpes. People don't get itching and tingling without obvious blisters, lesions and sores.

I have always gotten ingrown hairs on my thighs. But idk if I've ever gotten as many as I've been getting here lately or if I just never noticed before because I wasn't constantly checking myself. I have been getting what looks to be new ingrown hairs every few days for the last month or more. I have looked at every one very closely and have found a hair sticking out of each one every time. And they are never clear or fluid filled. They are always pretty firm and a yellowish or white. Most of them normally start to disappear within a couple of days. And they are always spread far out for the most part. And anywhere between my middle thigh down to the side of my knee. They are never in clusters. Always single.
