Herpes symptoms help

So I have herpetic whitlow. Not officially diagnosed but I fingered a girl who then told me she had herpes, I have gotten little blisters on my hands a couple of times since then, doesnt take much to put two and two together. Recently, I had sex with someone else. I explained my hand condition, as I understood it, it was safe for me to finger her as long as I had no symptoms of an outbreak and no cuts on my hands/fingers. Well I ended up fingering her and having sex with her. About two nights ago, we had sex again, part of it was really rough, she was kinda dry and for a while we were in a position that was just causing a lot of friction on my penis. I almost made her stop because it was kind of starting to hurt. Today, I noticed some small bumps and a bigger one on one side of my penis. I was really concerned and started examining them. I squeezed the small bumps to see if they would burst, none of them did, but they turned extremely red right after, looked like blood underneath the skin. The bigger one, after a lot of squeezing, discharged a little bit of liquid, somewhat like what comes out of a whitehead after you pop it, no white stuff. It did not turn red like the smaller ones, it has kind of just gone away since. Given that I have herpetic whitlow, I know what it looks like on me, the small bumps didnt really look like it, the big one somewhat did and the fact that it discharged something really worries me. Is it possible that these bumps are from the rough sex and all that friction? What is the likelihood that I gave the girl my herpes from fingering her? I had no cuts on my hands, my nails are somewhat short but I see nowhere that I could have exchanged fluids through my fingers. As far as I know she hasnt had any symptoms but I know that might not mean a whole lot. I plan on getting tested asap but that will be in a  few days, in the mean time I'd love any insight into my situation! Thanks for reading!

Interesting pictures. It's hard to say but damn, I would say if could be herpes but doubt you would have gotten it from that encounter. It's just too soon. You basically had sex, one free day then the next day see symptoms, doubt you got herpes from that encounter. Let's say you have had herpes for a long time and never seen bumps but now you do. It is possible but definitely get it checked out and report back to us wfter you see the doctor. Bring these pictures with you! These may be gone by Monday.

Just got home and the skin over the bumps came off, they're definitely blisters. I am now 99% sure its herpes. Thanks for the insight though, I will still get checked on monday to confirm.

They werent as red when they first appeared, I suspect that might be from me messing with them. Im starting to feel like it is herpes, even tho i have no idea how i got it.

actually with whitlow, no symptoms of active ob's is safe. the skin on the hands is too thick for the virus to penetrate to the surface to shed like it does with herpes on the softer mucosal surfaces.

you definitely need to be seen and get your symptoms looked at.  These don't really sound like molluscum either.

I'd also make sure that the next time you have symptoms on your finger, you get seen within 48 hours of their appearance for a lesion culture and typing to know for sure if these are whitlow or not.

first off, just because you don't have symptoms does not mean you can't give someone herpes. Transmission can happen anytime you are shedding the virus so don't just look for the classic symptoms. As far as what you described, not going to get to deep into this but it's NOT herpes. Nothing you have said suggests it...
