Herpes symptoms that don’t go away

5 months ago I had protected sex and due to not having ac, it was very sweaty. The next day I woke up fine and took a nap, woke up with red dots in the shape of a square (same exact pattern of the boxers I was wearing). Ever since, any time I’m really hot and sweating, my pubic hair region gets itchy, but as soon as I Cool down it’s fine. Also I seem to be fine when I’m not wearing clothes. I have had a pimple on my thigh that has taken about a week to heal, but I can’t remember if I tried to pop it or not, there hasn’t been any fluid that leaked and it doesn’t itch. If I ever do have itching on my thighs, it goes away fairly fast and is never on the inner thighs. I’ve had cold sores since I was a kid, but only a handful at max.

This is not an std. No std acts like you describe. I even doubt it's fungal but you can try jock itch cream
