Herpes type 2

If both parties (say one got it from the other one M/F) have Type 2 what are the results of unprotected sex between them.  Obviously they can't contract it from each other because they already have it.  But can it be spread, or increased, or anything else between the two of them.  Oral sex and vaginal sex included.

OOPS!  Messed up my dates.  Most likely encounter was 5 or 6 December and Scratchy throat and burning pain started 19/20 Dec.  Throat went away after about 5/6 days and burning pain is still there although decreasing slowly.
Thanks for your comments!  I see my regular doctor for a check up on the 22 nd of Jan and will ask about a Western Blot test at that time.  I leave the country again in late Feb and would like to know one way or the other before i leave.   I know you said three months, but what if i get the test a bit early--are the results still accurate?

Hi, your symptoms really dont appear herpes related as primary outbreak symtpoms would not last 3 weeks with no sore developing. You fall into the low positive range which very well  maybe a false positive. so retest at the 3 months mark and let us know ok?

OK:  Thanks for your answer.  It looks like I may have contracted oral type 2.  I have burning pain in my right nipple and breast area and under the right arm that has lasted for about three weeks.  Also a sore throat that could be just a cold.  The most likely encounter for this was 13 or 14 December.  First indications, really scratchy throat occured 18/19/20 of December.  Tested iGG 1.49 positive Type 2 on 2 Jan 2014.  Suggestions appreciated.

A ganglion is a nerve pathway. One is below the waist and it extends all the way down to the feet. The other is in the upper spine area and includes pretty much from the nipples up. When a person gets herpes it hides in the lower spine with genital and upper spine with oral. A recurrent outbreak can show up anywhere in the nerve pathway areas. Using the spread is not correct as only travels pathways.

Hi:  looked up ganglions and can not seem to tie that in with Herpes.  Are you saying that Herpes can be spread to other areas?
