I had unprotected sex on 15 Dec , after 9 days of my exposure , I got like watery diarrhea and heartburn , when the doctor diganosess me , she said its like virus or most  likely food poisoning, Before  5 day , I got Pimple , Only one is like skin color but like water filled in it , I tried to burst the pimple ( its in one area but small one near to each other like 2 cm  area ) , noting came except water . before 2 days it became so red and hurting me and even i feel pain when my shirt  contacting it , I noticed the lymph node in my nick hurting me as will , is like swollen one , but not big not noticable by eye , i notice it when i slept on the pillow at this side of my neck , I went to the doctor and i told him about it and he examined me , as i have herpes or virus but he told me the red spot ( like a sting or bite )  having relation with my swollen lymph , as that time all my fears was going in the direction of HIV acute ARS , as I got diarrhea in the beginning , Swollen lymph , red spot which can be rash but its not distributed in my back or chest plus i have mild headache  and tired eyes  , its only one spot , he couldn't tell me anything when i told him if it ARS of earlier stages of HIV , In the mean   i cant do any test as the window period for any test not yet for now .

Doctor wrote for me Valtrex 500mg to be taken twice a day and supposed to see him after 2 weeks .

Plz let me know , what these symptoms sounds like , is it Herpes or what as am really confused ?
when i can do test for herpes and will be reliable ?

any time you are sick you can get swollen lymph nodes. if it's a virus causing your symptoms, it can take a few weeks until it goes away. If it's bacteria that is treated with the antibiotic you were given, it should go away in another week or so.

Thanks again, just one question , swollen neck node is still there and when i turn my head i feel pain and am afraid to leads to something dengrouse , is that normal to stay for almost more than a week ?, despite that am taking anti viral valtrax and anti biotic

yes there are treatments for genital warts.  

follow up on your symptoms with your provider.

my partner contacted her ex husband who had sex with her on May 2012 , He confirmed that he have HPV warts .
is there any treatment for warts ? ,
what gonna happened beside   these pimples and bumps that showing in my body ?
is there any cure from it for men ? ,
as i need to get married and in the country i live they do STD for both partner ? ,
i know now the problem will not be in condom but will be a skin friction .

Please advice what test i need to do and when ?

what is behind your ears isn't likely to be warts at all.

probably they are going to biopsy her warts, not swab them. they also probably did a pap test too on her.

limit your genital exams to just once daily - the more you are examining yourself, the more you add to your anxiety needlessly. You are already convincing yourself that you HAD to have contracted something from this encounter.   follow up with your testing at the proper times and continue to see your doctors for any new symptoms.

so sorry but , I got sms from the girl i had sex with and her swap result was resulting warts , I dont know what i have is it the same or herpes ?

is this swap result is reliable ?

i did all STD test includes herpes and other on july and i was clean so am sure its from her , she said she slept in may with her ex-husband , so her result might be accurate !

what shall i do to the person who i will get married to ?

please help me out.

Thanks again for  supporting me , really you ate good to be true,today when i came back from work , behind my ears three small open appeared the area dosent exceed 0,4 cm metter , when i touched them dosent hurt right now, i put the same cream that dermatologist told me to use on other spot on it . Now almost 26 days away from first encounter  and 19 days since last encounter with same girl .
I told the girl who i  had sex to check doc and she told me , she went and doc saw her and said might she have warts , they did swap for her but she didnt know the result and she seems very careless to me regarding the subject , as i am pushing her to follow up but she dosent . Thry examin her by looking and they said the swap will confirm , strange doctors what kind of swap test can confirm anything now.

Am keeping looking in my gentail area for any changes and thanks god nothing noticed except this small red pimple that atound pupIc area . Urolgist saw it and never comment.

Shall the new bump or pimples behind my ear , changes the diagnoses or the situation in my case ?

I asked you about marriage, as i saw people surrfing getting someone accept them with herpes as they will get infected and might they coming kids as well ?


By the way am keep taking the antibiotic and anti viral together, hope all good

So u still thinking not to go for any hpv test even after my pimples shown up behind my ears ?

one single lesion on the chest isn't likely to be herpes. the dermatologist who just visually diagnosed that didn't do a good job. since it had already popped, was too late for a lesion culture and typing of symptoms.  

we don't recommend hpv blood testing at all.

herpes would NEVER keep you from getting married.

The doctor who told me about that is herpes was a dermatologist , I went today to the urologist , He told me , Its strange to have this bump in this area of upper chest near to my shoulder ) , doctor said if it herpes , will not be one bump would be many in different places of your body , plus nothing on my penis , or in any other sensitive area . He told me test is only way to proof it , and its early to do it after 24 of exposure . he told me to stay taking valtrex as its anti viral and he gave me Ciprobay (Ciprofloxacin) 500mg . he told me to take these together .
doctor told me as well , most probably the swollen neck lymph is related to the bump that is 4 cm away from it , its swollen fighting the infection , he checked the genital area and he didn't said anything .

I want to ask another question regarding , Blood test for HPV , is blood test after 1 month ( 4 weeks ) is reliable ?    

another question and i wish from god am not having herpes , i am very afraid from my dermatologist diagnoses  , i read no cure from it and that will make it tough getting married and have kids , is this how life end with herpes ?

soreness of the throat , its like my mouth is dry can indicates anything , feeling like itching feeling around my penis despite that nothing appeared over there except small pimple that away from my penis 5 cm ( doctor saw it and he didn't comment ) is ok ?

If this lesion on your chest is herpes, it would've most likely come from a hsv1 oral infection - a partner kissing you on the chest.  This isn't a location where a genital herpes infection from having unprotected sex would cause symptoms.

Not likely this is herpes. continue to follow up on it as needed.

Yes, i got a pimple with watery fluid  that gives me burning sensation and small swollen lymph which use to hurt me whe i touch it as well.

When i asked my doc , if it either hiv symptoms or herpes , he actually felt confused , thats why i am asking for that.

I know it was foolish decision for me to be unprotected, hope cost is not life . Appreciates your support

you had a pimple on your chest andyour provider thinks you have herpes?

since you had unprotected sex, you have to follow up with proper std testing at the proper times. you can get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, ngu and trich after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.
