How soon can I conceive?

I found out at the end of last month that my husband gave be genital HSV1 through oral sex since he has HSV1 orally. This happened because of our ignorance of the virus and thinking a cold sore was just a sore. We knew it was contagious but did not know it was a herpe complex. My question is now that I have this is how long should I wait to conceive or try to conceive another baby? My husband and I want one more but I'm not sure how long to wait. I know I'm suppose to wait for my body to build some antibodies from the virus and I don't want to do anything to harm a future baby. I've read about proper care during pregnancy with HSV1 but I'm still confused on the conception part... Please Help!
