I'm panicking I'm married and I don't know how to tell my wife should I get tested again ? If she already have oral hsv1 can she get it again?

Well, it would probably be good to find that out.

Well, then, it looks like the only answer is that you picked up HSV 1 from the sex worker.  However, you don't mention if your wife has HSV 1.

Yes I'm positive it was negative 3 month ago and since than I had no exposure with anybody. At the moment I haven't have any symptoms . Could it be a false positive in any way ?

Sorry I was out of range to answer posts for a week.
Your test results are quite confusing, actually.  The medicines wouldn't have an impact on your test results, no.  So are you absolutely certain you tested negative for HSV 1 3 months ago? And you've not had sex with anyone else besides your wife?  Does she have HSV 1, do you know?

Two weeks is really quick to have an increase to 6.8.  i"m a little confused by that.  Have you had no symptoms whatsoever?
