Hsv1?

So about 45 days ago I had unprotected sex with a female I new for some time basically strait away after this I started having some uncomfortable feelings in my penis. Within the next week I began having feelings such as generally sore testicles with a tingling feeling coming and going on my testicles also find it very hard to urinate with a burning sensation and interrupted flow and some slight dribbling post urination. I have seen numerous doctors and been on 3 different types of antibiotics with still no Change if anything it is getting worse. Back to the unprotected sexual encounter this woman told me that she does have hsv1 so my question is do these symptoms I have point to hsv1 genitally even though I have no sighn of lesions or anything ? Thankyou

None of this sounds like herpes at all.

hi, loc12345
it sounds you get herpes from your partner. To make sure whether you get genital herpes or not, you should get some tests again. As I know, antibiotic is only used to treat bacteria and fungi, not kill the virus. While genital herpes is caused by the HSV, antibiotic can't kill it. Antiviral medications may help you. Best wishes to you!
