Hsv2 headache and back pain

Hi... About 11 weeks ago i had unprotected sex, no blistets, no lesion, no bumps. My concern is that i have developed a daily headache that started about 3 weeks or so after this encounter as well as lower back pain localized on the left side only and it has been constant, not sure if it is just anxiety. All std tests have been negative they were performed after 30 days, I know that for HSV2 is too soon for accurate results but at least i have a baseline. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Weird thing is that i have never had these things happend to me and everything started after this encounter. It could be anxiety but would it last almoat 3 months ?
I hope to hear from someone. Thank you !

Forgot to mention i had itching for 2-3 weeks as well but again never had blisters, bumps ot any rash.

3 months is best. At this point your showing positive for hsv1 and negative for hsv2.

Hi, those symptoms dont seem to be herpes related. Most often its a tingling pre-lesion.
