You can't treat hsv effectively with tea leaves either. These viruses are Sexually transmitted!! That means you need a partner. I'm still waiting for the answer on how it is you think you gave yourself herpes.

You may have warts but no way you have herpes. Again, answer how you could've possibly contracted herpes from masterbating

So what can I do to help with my warts because apparently it can cause cervical cancer

That would be extremely rare. My advice is to see a dr or better yet a dermatologist. There are no good home remedies.

I think you should get a proper diagnosis from a dermatologist or Dr. If it is hpv (genital warts) it usually will clear on it's own. Takes months if not a year or so.

Yes, they will usually clear themselves. That being said that's not what i would do. I would have a dermatologist take care of them.
  You are obviously very young. You really need to see a dr to make sure this is whats going on.
