I just found out

My name is Mark I'm 25 and from Tn. I just found out about my herpes. I'm scared. I just started a new relationship and I exposed her. Should I tell my partner? I'm very nervous.

Yes, you should most definitely tell her. I found out during the course of my new relationship and he was the first person I told. Funny because i acquired it in TN too. Luckily I had him go get tested to make sure he didn’t catch it from me, and he was negative. He was totally accepting and hasn’t treated me any differently. We will refrain from sex if I have an outbreak,  it we’ve still continued to have unprotected sex even after he found out I was positive. What are you positive for hsv1 or hsv2? How did you find out? If you have hsv1 orally, chances are she probably already has that anyways as over half
The population does. Most of us picked that up as infants or in childhood.
