Herpes anxiety after sex with girl, pimple on penis, low positive test

Hi,
Last year I had a one night stand with a unknown girl. Couple of days later I had this pimple on my penis and I completely ignore it.But it kept coming back agaian and again. After 9 months I got tested and hsv1/hsv2 IGG combined came to 1.33 and hsv1/hsv2 IGM came to be 0.5.
Now I am having panic attacks. Its really hard for me to cope up with that. Would I ever have a normal life? A wife? A kid?
I dont want to pass this to anyone else and the thing is I cannot discuss about this with anyone. I feel like dying inside. Please help me.  I am feeling suicidal too. Need some guidance.

A 1.33 is very likely to be a false positive. You should get another test and see what it says.

The official range for positive is above 1.10, but anything below a 3.5 can be a false positive.

There is no reason to think about suicide. Even if you have herpes, your life isn't over. Just get another test. Make sure it's the IgG, not the IgM.

But I have tingling sensation every now and then..and sometimes ulcers too..
A tingling sensation doesn't mean anything, despite everyone saying otherwise. That could be anxiety.

If you get ulcers, get to a doctor and get those cultured when you have them.

Also, I missed it yesterday, but it was a combined IgG - you need a type specific IgG.

This is telling you nothing. Get an ulcer cultured.
Its been almost a year and still I feel tingling sensations every now and then..I never had any medication to supress any outbreaks and the ulcers are never painful..but recently I started having sever leg/thigh pain which is there now for more than 4 weeks..Is this because of herpes..sometimw pains are like burning sensation which are in both legs and shift tbere places between hip and knee..I am in panic state..
