IgM test after 8 days of encounter

First of all, excuse me for my poor English but I will try to make it clear as possible.

I'm a male, 32yo, married in a country which herpes is very uncommon...I received unprotected oral sex from a guy on Dec 26. the next day, I noticed kind of bumps on my penis(3 on the shaft and few on the tip of my penis). they are painless, not itchy or burning. the day after I went to the doctor to check those bumps but he asked me to visit him after a week which I did. in the next visit he ordered IgM test (in the 8th day after exposure). however, the bumps started to disappear without popping out.

the test result came negative as follows:

HERPES TYPE II IgM:              <0.5      Index

Negative           0.9 - 1.1                       Index

my Questions are:

Should I trust the result?

is it too early to get tested?

is there any risk of having unprotected sex with my wife?

are the mentioned above could be herpes symptoms? can they appear as soon as the next day?

Igm tests arw really pretty useless and should not be given. That being said I do not suspect herpes is the cause of your bumps. They do not sound like hsv lesions. As far as resuming relations with your wife? That's up to you.

So this mean those bumps are not
herpes but something else?

Should I get IgG tested later?
I can not say with 100% certainty but they do not sound like hsv lesions at all. Describe them in detail for me.
I have 3 white bumps on the shaft and a few flesh-colored ones on the top of my penis.. as I said I don't feel any pain of burning sensations. it seems they won't pop up. I don't know if this is enough but if you need specific details I will provide them
Those do not sound like hsv lesions at all. I would have them looked at. Could be completely normal
