How low can a igg test result be after an outbreak? Mine were as low as in the equivocal 4weeks after my first ob. Dr said to get another igg done in 2 months and I dont see why. If somebody has any idea, thanks.

You can take another one at 8 weeks. 75% of people will test positive by then. 12 weeks is usually conclusive for a negative result.

It really won't. You should have a strong positive igg score forever. Hsv1 can be tricky as the test isn't as sensitive and can miss some infections.
