I’m scared I have an STD

So, I broke out with a cold sore—you can see my previous questions I’ve asked on other threads for the story—I got a big red patch on my face with a correlating sore on the inside of my lip, it turned into a cold sore and the DR. Said I had impetigo. Well it’s almost gone but I have tiny clusters of bumps on the inside of my lip directly in the same spot of where the cold sore was...they’re not white, just tiny little bumps and occasionally I feel pain where they are. Is it herpes?

Are the little bumps flesh coloured and in the corners of your lips? If So, everyone has them. They're called fordyce spots
