I'm scared as hell!!!

Okay, so in 2010 I started dating this guy and after a couple of months we started doing things.. Never had sex, but skin to skin contact & grinding took place. His penis to my vagina & all. This was the first guy I ever did anything with. Even before meeting him I usually experienced burning & itching on my vagina. But after our "sexual grinding" the itching & burning continued.. It's been several years I've had this issue & never took it serious. Sometimes It would itch so bad that I would even put ice on my vag to stop it. Even before our intimacy. I usually feel bumps under my fingers around the moist part of my Vaughn's when I touch it. They never look like they'res any liquid inside them or any white stuff. If I scratch too hard in my sleep I will probably peel the skin off with my nails so they'll look red.. And recently it's been a could of days I had joint burning & pain on my legs & back & right arm around my elbow area. I'm scared as hell. I don't know what to do. All I do is research on google and it's been stressing me a lot lately. I can't sleep at night & have been feeling anxiety. I don't have any weird or foul discharge. My discharge is whitish like cream all around my vagina  and sometimes I see it on my underwear too if I don't use the restoom for long. I've been having really bad constipation for about 7 months now also. I'm just really scared :( I haven't gotten my Vag checked or gotten any tests for STD's because I'm scared of what I will do when I do get the results & they're positive. It's really stressing me out. And now that I have read other people's symptoms and read that body aches are due to herpes I've been freaking out even more. I can't even tell my family about this cause they don't know I used to have a BF. I'm talking to another guy now we don't do anything more than kissing. If it is herpes can I pass It on to him by kissing him? Someome please help :(

You're absolutely right, I should get tested. I'm just really scared. & now my pain is making my hands feel really weak.. I can't hold them up for a couple of second without it falling. It means whatever it is, is attacking my body in other ways & my immune system.

You need to go get tested for your own peace of mind. Period. How else are you going to know what is wrong with you?

Well my burning is pretty much all the time so i don't even know what was my first outbreak... I will hopefully go get checked next week & will let you know my results. I'm really scared :( who would have thought doing something with only one person a couple times would cost me all this worry & pain? I just hope it's not anything serious such as herpes :(. Because I can't even share it with my family & friends. This is the second time I've had muscle pains. Once back in December 2013 & now again in May. So I'm guessing this is an outbreak. But it's weird because the last time I did anything was all the way in 2011. Guess it's really haunting me now.

Only in the additional presence of blisters or lesions, is the muscle pain a symptom of heroes. Usually only with a first time outbreak as well.

Thank you! Your words gave me a little relief... But what about the muscle pains? I read everywhere that it's associated with Herpes :( & my itching is usually 24/7. But when I'm on my period It completely stops like there's nothin going on.

What you are describing sounds yeast or bacterial in nature, which are natural imbalances that most women face at one time or another in their life.

You really need to see a doctor and have a vaginal exam, as well as a culture. I have been told that a PCR culture is best. An STD panel, including type specific IGG testing for herpes, would also be helpful.
