I'm very very sad at the moment :( (herpes)
I am severely depressed because I fear I may have contacted the herpes virus. I will share with you what act I committed and please let me know if I was at risk.
I met up with a women whom I'm not sure but could be a prostitue. I met with her in her car. And I touched her breast several times and put my hand in her shirt. I had also reached over and touched her left butt cheek once. She was sitting close to me and maybe her spit may have landed in my mouth. We did not have intercourse or exchange any bodily fluids. I later came home brushed my teeth and took a bath .
After 20 days I developed some tiny red dots inside the skin patch on my left foot (it now looks like that rash but does not feel like one). They did not hurt, itch or burn or tingle. I thought it may have been a bug bite. But later I noticed that since my left foot brushed against my right foot I developed the same type of red tiny dots on my other foot( I think my foot is contagiousnes). They also do not itch, burn , hurt or tingle. I did not feel sick. I have these red dots on both of my feets now they are tiny red dots maybe pimples I'm not sure. They seems to be moving up my leg ( I think because my legs keeps rubbing against my other foot.
I Also developed something new. On the left side of my stomach I feel that a bug is biting me every 2 seconds This comes and goes away . Thank god i do not see anything developing on that spot(stomach).
Lastly I felt a buzz on my lip for 4 seconds and 2 bumps appeared one one the top right lip and the other on the bottom left lip, I was very scared and thought they were going to get big and fill with puss. Thanks god that did not happened. Both of the pimples/bumps shrunk shortly after 6 hours however I did notice the pimple on the left lip itch during the night.
I'm so scared and very depressed. Are these signs of herpes or was I at risk what type of herpes virus is this? Is it possible for the humans mind to create these symptoms or even creat pimples that would buzz before appearing ( on the lip)

In my opinion howardh knows what he is talking about. Also I have read that after 6 months you cant spred it on your body anymore. I have hade cold sores every since I was little. I never knew what they were and never washed my hands and picked the scabs lick them never took any steps to stop them from spreding them. It has olney came in one spot the whole time bottom lip right side. Now as a adult I use antibacterial soap for my peace of mind most hand soap is antibacterial soap. It will kill the virus on contact. After I found out a cold sore was herps I lost it But what I know now when you feel the tingle take the pill the dr gives you or get the meds at store and you should know where is is going to be poping up at and treat it as soon as you can. Now that I know what im doing 3-4 days and nothing more. Even thoe its on my face it comes and gos so fast people dont even notice. Hope this helps god bless.
Auto-inoculation (spread of HSV to a new body site) almost never occurs except during the initial infection. Once infected with HSV a few months, it's really not an issue. Don't worry about it.
Ok thanks, assuming someone has herpes how can they prevent them self from infecting their eyes?
For example if someone has a cold sore on their hand can they want to wash their face. Is that okay?
What if there is a pimple right beside their eye, can they put water on their face? What if the water from their pimple lands in the eye?

I read on one website that if you have herpes and you blow your nose then you have to wash your hand.( I am sneezing with my mouth close so my spit won't go into my eyes :(.

1 your encounter was a low risk incounter. From my understanding herpes have to be massaged into the skin or inter in to broken skin ( cuts )
2 first outbreak will be olney be where the virus enter the body not at random spot.
3 spit / saliva is very very unlikely to be infected
breath easy my friend. Yes your mind is verry powerfull and will play tricks on you. If you are looking for symptom you will find them. Trust me when you look at your body searching for stuff you will find every imperfections dot bump pimple red spot. Your body changes every day you will drive yourself crazy. And tingling buzing burning when looking for it also will drive you crazy. I would put money down that you dont have herpes

There is absolutely nothing in what you are saying that is even remotely like a herpes infection. Nor does the episode that you describe represent any risk of herpes transmission.
I am not sure how we can be of help to you. What you have is something of an obsession with herpes rather than any real risk of having obtained it.You know the risks full well, which are all extremely minimal even with full body contact. And you know what to do in terms of swabbing and blood tests. Lastly there is also the so what element even if you do contract herpes and become just like the majority of the population... up to 5 billion worldwide!
