1) The last time I had any type of sex (vaginal/oral) was 10/6/12; The most recent Herpes IGG testing was performed 40 weeks post last sexual encounter.  How confident should be on the reliability of the IGG testing?
2) What are the odds that I would still test negative on IGG testing and still be infected with herpes 1 and/or 2?
3) Would you suggest that I have the herpes Western Blot performed?
4) Are there people who will always test negative on Herpes IGG tests but can still be infected with Herpes 1 and/or 2?
5) Would you suggest repeating the Herp IGG 1 & 2 serum test at 1 year post last sexual encounter.  (I have been practicing abstinence because I believe I have genital herpes and do not want to infect anyone).
Thank you for your time and consideration.

-physician stated not genital herpes (after telling me it was) and not wart or any other STD.  Physician stated he would cryofreeze the white bumps to get rid of whatever it was so I wouldn't see it.
Yes, discussed PID with 3 physicians.  All STD negative at various intervals over the past 10 months.
Thank you for your reply.

Hi and welcome. You can rule out herpes for sure. All your test igg show negative but the more important is the swabs. If the were swabed within 3 days after appearance and tested positve it would be conclusive but it tested negative. swabs have a high rate of false negatives but are extremely accurated as confirming postive. Also the lesions would disappear in a week where yours have stayed.

Were these confirmed blisters or warts? Since you had them burned off?

If your concerned about your other symptoms, have you discussed with your doctor PID?
