After my sexual encounter in 17 days i developed a white tongue with red pimples in the firsf quarter of my tongue, i have a mouth ulcers one go and one appear and there isn't painful

Hi, no std reacts like this and white tongue is caused by over growth of bacteria /fungal called thrush. This can happen even when taking antibiotics. Once this develops the tongue can really get infected with cracks and other irritations.
Your doc can prescribe a anti fungal mouth wash to get it under control or speak to your pharmisist about over the counter treatments (if this is thrush)
