Is that HSV2 blister on my penis?

Hey there!

I had an encounter with a sexual worker 10 days ago. We had vaginal and oral sex using condom. At the end of the vaginal sex I noticed that the condom is not covering the whole penis but just half of it. We stopped the sex and she gave me a hand job with the condom again.

Today( 10 days later) I noticed that I have few tiny blisters on the tip of the penis head, one of which had white liquid. I feel just a little bit of discomfort in that area but nothing severe.

Please, let me know if that looks like HSV 2.

When I touched the tiny blister(pimple) it popped so right now there is no liquid. Is the test going to be conclusive without any blister with liquid? I will check how can I do a swab as soon as possible.

They can do a PCR swab without fluid, and can try a regular culture. Don't touch it anymore. Definitely do not try to pop them.

Wherever you are, google your location and STD clinic, or STI clinic, or STI testing, to find testing near you, if you can't go to your regular doctor. Make sure they do a type specific culture or PCR swab.

It could be. It could also be irritation, a fungal infection, dermatitis, or a host of other things.

The only way to know for sure is to have a doctor check it and test it. Get into a doc as soon as possible and have them do a type specific culture on it, preferably a PCR swab.
