I don't get cold sores and this is what I got 21 days post exposure

21 days is outside the first time outbreak window and 2 days is too soon and the sore throat would not be a symptom but the lips.
exposure was deep kissing with someone then 2 days later very sore throat and conjunctivitis. then 21 days later after exposure I get the blister on lip.
We dont look at pictures because we cant diagnose here but herpes lip sores are blisters that scab over. what was your exposure?
