Is this herpes?

Recently, I have been tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV. Then, I went to another clinic just today to get tested for the same three along with genital herpes/warts. I don't really experience any symptoms, no burning sensation when I urinate, no pain in penis, no milky discharges, although sometimes I feel a little itchy but I don't pick at it cause I feel it would only make it worse. I had this one lump located on the back of the shaft and of course I had to pick at it with both my index fingers and a string-like pus came out and left a mark. Now, I've noticed when I shaved the shaft area (which is irritated) that I have these yellow little bumps scattered on the bottom of my penile shaft. I honestly don't know what it is, hoping that it's not something serious and easily treatable. I've been with two women and one was unprotected and the other was protected, but they have both informed me that they do not have any sexual infection of some sort, so I'm basically going by their word. Please take a look and see what you think! I am also uncircumcised if you are wondering.

We are not allowed to look at pics here at medhelp. The bumps you picked is certainly not hsv. Hsv lesions are liquid filled not puss. What you describe sounds like folicus and not hsv. I would have a dermatologist take a look to be certain. From what you describe i don't suspect hsv.

I apologize for that, I wasn't too sure if pictures were allowed. I don't know if you saw the pics, but do you honestly think that it's not HSV related?
Please write back, thank you!
Also, when i squeezed this one bump, not sure if it is puss related but it was similar to white string that was coming out.

@feelingundone you were right! I scheduled an appointment this morning to see my doctor and she has informed me that I have what you've mentioned and prescribed me antibiotics and a cream to apply. Thanks again!

Sounds like classic folicus to me and not hsv. Hsv lesions do not produce a thick puss like substance. Hsv lesions progress into a liquid filled fragile water blisters type lesion.
