Is this herpes or am I just being paranoid HELP PLEASE!

Hello everyone, I'm new here, as you might have figured out already I'm freaking out right now. It all started last week, I was shaving my vaginal area with a trimmer and I accidentally cut myself in the labia minora, in the clitoris and a little above the clitoris. I didn't think to much of it, it didn't bleed or anything it just stung a little, like i nicked myself with the trimmer. So I proceed to have sex with my boyfriend later that night and everything is fine, this was last friday night, we never use protection. Sunday night we proceeded to have sex again but this time idk why I wanted to use a condom so we did, he was fingering me so that I could get wet and it was pretty rough sex, I didn't manage to stay wet and it kind of hurt. After this I started feeling a little itchy and it kind of hurt to pee a little and also I was feeling under the weather, body aches and fatigue, but nothing major or upsetting because I do work overnights so maybe I just wanted to be at work that night and my body knew it, I imagined that I must've gotten a UTI and also I wasn't drinking much water, fast forward to this thursday and I notice the cuts I made from the trimmer, barely until that day, I didn't think anything of it because I knew that was where I cut myself, but to be safe I decided not to have sex with my boyfriend that night but we did kind of played a little with our clothes on and it got kind of rough a lot of friction and everything. that's when the next day I notice 5 bumps on my outer labia, 3 on the left side and  2on the right, I assume they are ingrown hairs, and I find it, take it out with a tweezer but I think that I didn't do a good job at taking them out or something because I still have the bumps there, they hurt a lot, it's been 3 days and no changes, they kind of look like a volcano if that makes any sense. They haven't gone down in all this time, there are no scabs, they were never blisters and there are no new growths in this time, but as a sexually active female it terrifies me that this could be something else, other activities I did was also running and  weightlifting, I'm trying to rationalize everything, I've read countless forums over the last few days and almost all of them say that herpes sores are never raised, always flat, and that they form in clusters, but everything out there is very confusing, the cuts I did in my inner labia and clit all look like open sores, more like the "canker sores" and I wasn't too worried about them since I knew how they got there, but now I don't know what to think. I can upload pictures to my profile. This really sucks, because everything is closed on weekends here, I plan on going to planned parenthood tomorrow to have them swabbed but right now I just need some reassurance or some answers.
Thank you

I'm assuming it can be folliculitis, and that I made it worse by trying to take them out, I'm taking cipro for my UTI and there is no discomfort when I urinate anymore, but me being paranoid about the possibility that it could be herpes has me way overthinking it, I keep looking down there and checking for changes, everything is the same, no new bumps or sores. I think I'm even making it worse by checking on it so much. Right now I'm still super scared and in pain, I plan on going to planned parenthood tomorrow so they can swab  them and just be sure it's not herpes, even though I don't think it's herpes I don't want to not do the test.

Just looked at pics, not at all likely to be herpes.

Molluscum, scabies, folliculitis possibilities in my view.

Thank you so much for your response, did you get to look at the pictures I uploaded in my profile? I'm way stressed right now, but nothing I find here on the internet, looks like that, at least not the herpes images I've found. What does that look like?

There is nothing particular that screams herpes here. This could all be caused by inadequate lubrication and shaving.

If HSV is of concern, then perhaps you should mutually test with your partner before continuing with unprotected sex.
