Less Stress

I'm Sam and I'm 29 years old. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2002. On May 11, 2012, I had a unprotected sexual encounter with a woman 56 years old. Vaginal and anal were performed. That night I noticed itching on my penis. Mostly the sides. My testicales have always had that jock itch feeling (No worry there). I began to worry about it. I had diarrhea (maybe just the worry). I wondered if she had an STD. I called her up and she told me that she had never had one in her life. She said she was a nurse and got tested every three months because she is required to being that she work with patients. I worried so much that my hands and feet had that numb/tingling feeling.

On May 13,(Two days later) I went to the hospital and had the ER doctor look at my Genitals. He found no sores or discharge. He took a sample for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Two days later the result were negative.

I went the very next day (May 14) to the health clinic and got tested for HIV/Syphilis for past relationships. Those came back negative. I then decided to take a RNA detection test for HIV on June 02 (Three weeks later). That came back negative.

From the time of exposure up until June 02, I've had what the doctor ruled out as sinus problems. Flem cough, nausea (maybe from stress), vision strain, ect. I had also taken some over the counter medicine for my cough. I decided to masturbate two days later and had trouble ejaculating (due to the medicine). I masturbated so hard that I gave myself a sore. I came after that. I used a silk rag to keep the sperm from getting on anything. I fell asleep after that. I quit taking the cough medicine and began to masturbate more. Even with as sore as it was.

On June 04, I began to have more itching on the sides of my penis and then in my penis hole. I've had hemroids for years, prior to this, and all the sudden, the crack of my rear end began to itch as well. I also noticed small, red itchy bumps (like poison Ivy) on my fingers.

I've had no penis discharge. No burning "During" urination (yet I always seem to have the urge to urinate. Even if it's just a few drops).

My biggest question is, what could all this be from?

Herpes? Chlamydia? Anything?

Also can those little itchy bumps on my fingers be STD related?

you have to be kind to the lil guy. use a good sex lube when masturbating!!

go and be seen for further evaluation if you think this is more than just too much masturbation/irritation.
