I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY SON WHO IS WORKING IN SINGAPORE. AFTER  BEING ON THE WATER FOR 45 DAYS .HE WENT ASHORE WITH FRIENDS TO EXPLORE .  DRINKING WAS INVOLVED. HE WAKES UP THIS MORNING TO HIS FRIENDS TELLING HIM HE HIRED A PROSTITUTE AND HE DOESN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING OTHER THAN GLIMPSES OF THIS TIME. HE DOESN'T REMEMBER  IF HE USED A CONDOM. THIS BOY IS 22 YRS OLD , CHRISTIAN. HE IS DEVASTATED AND SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HIMSELF. AT HOME HE HAS A GIRL FRIEND OF 6 YR WITH WHOM HE IS SEXUALLY ACTIVE.
WITH THIS BACKGROUND OUR QUESTION IS " ARE THERE ANY TEST TO FIND OUT IF HE HAS CONTRACTED A DISEASE? HE IS DUE HOME IN THREE DAYS BUT WANTS TO KNOW IF HE CAN GO TO A CLINIC THERE FOR MEDICATIONS OR SOME KIND OF TREATMENT. TO ASSURE HIMSELF THAT HE IS NOT TAKING ANYTHING HOME TO HIS GIRL.

since he's unsure if he even had sex let alone if it was protected or not, he should follow up on full std testing to properly cover his bases. he can get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, ngu and trich after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months. until he can properly cover his std testing bases, he and his regular gf should only have protected sexual contact.
