Move on or continue to test?

I had 10 seconds of unprotected oral sex and 2 minutes of protected vaginal sex with a massage girl on Oct 5. Due to anxiety, I went for blood test 20 days later, the result was:

20 days (3 weeks) post encounter:
HSV1/2 IGM: 1.4
HSV1 IGG: 0.0
HSV2 IGG: 0.0

28 days later, I went for testing again:

48 days (7 weeks) post encounter:
HSV1/2 IGM: 1.5
HSV1 IGG: 0.0
HSV2 IGG: 0.0

I have been visiting 2 STI doctors and both of them confirmed there is no herpes symptom at all, and asked me to move on. They told me they won't even perform the test at the first place as the encounter was such a low risk. They also mentioned that if I am infected we should be seeing a rise in IGG number from 3 weeks to 7 weeks.

As you may expect, the IGM numbers are bordering me. Today is 10 weeks (70 days) post encounter and no symptom. Should I move on or go for test again?

Thanks.

Please move on. Igm is worthless and your igg is fine. Your exposure was iman incredibly low risk. I would've absolutely recomnended against testing in your situation!! You're fine

Thanks. I feel much better now.
One more question, after the encounter, I feel discomfort of the head of my penis rubbing the underwear while walking. Is it due to genital-focus anxiety or a sign of HSV infection? I even feel it today after 10 weeks if I pay attention to it.
It's definitely not hsv related at all. That much i can promise. I think you answererd your own question with your last sentence.
Thanks. I recall another issue. About 3 to 4 days after the encounter, i felt some mild nerve pain at lower abdomen prostate area. It happened a few times a day, each time just 1 or 2 seconds. Is it a sign of hsv infection or just me too focus to "feel" that part due to anxiety? Also i felt slight "heat" at lower abdomen after urine. I am not sure it is infection or just anxiety.
This will be my last answer. Nothing you've described has changed my opinion. My original answer is the correct call. Your anxiety is your problem. Stop reading symptoms lists because if you don't have a knowledge on the virus or how it works you can't understand the context of said symptoms. Move on
