His spit got on a cut on my hands but I washed my hands right after can I get herpes or a flu? I'm overthinking things right now I'm so scared right now.
Flu virus can be transmitted by simple contact, it's really easy to transmit. Regarding herpes, there would have to be a physical contact between your skin and his skin (contacting the lesions herpes leaves on skin).
