Negative HSV 1&2 IGG,IGM after 12 months

I am from India on Sept 29 2016 i meet someone and we had one time sexual intercourse without protection out of sheer stupidity i did it with an unknown stranger just to bring this curse on myself.i was pretty much normal . in Jan 2017 i noticed a small wart on side of my glans penis.I visited a Dermatologist he said its HPV 6-11 and given me antibiotic cream to apply on the wart and it didn't worked and i went back to him after 15 days he removed the wart with RF Treatment.He also asked me to get test done for HSV 1&2 IGG and IGM test and my results were under 0.20 for both this is 5 months after exposure and also tested negative for HIV.After a week i started seeing some redness all over my gland penis and my Doc told its candida and given Fucidin to apply and it did reduce the redness But i used to get some tiny red bumps just about 2mm in size which used to pop up and disappear on its own without bursting or anything after few days but leaves a dark grey mark on that place .In Sept this year i had couple of Red bumps again on the glans and also on the urethra tip  ..I had masturbated heavily for few days continuously like 5 times a day and these red bumps started becoming bigger and very red in colour.On Sep 8th 2017 i had sex with someone using condom and we did twice that night and i forgot to remove the condom and let it stay for few minutes.After two days the entire urethra had become raw  when i used a tissue to touch the red area of urethra it started bleeding and i also started getting terrible itching on my anus, groin and inner thighs and also tingling pain on my gland penis and also on the buttocks and on the legs , i rushed to my doc again he said its HSV2 by seeing the red sores on the glans penis and also inside the urethra opening .But he also asked me to repeat HSV 1&2 Serology test and he put me on valcivir 500 Mg for 3 dose a day and also asked me to take urispas for 2 weeks . After week i got my HSV1&2 results negative but this time the range has doubled since my last which is from 0.18 in March 2017 to 0.56 for IGG HSV 1 & 2 in Sept 2017 but still negative below the 0.90 range .He said this might be candida blantitis and referred me to another senior Dermo in my city who said the IGG and IGM test are extremely unreliable and we cannot go on these test and he took a look of my glans penis and prescribed me take Teczine for a week and ceftum for two weeks .now last week i started seeing those tinny red bumps appear again on the same area near urethra opening and on glans penis few disappeared after few days but few started getting bigger and more red and it had some irritation but not so much tingling or pain or even itching , but i have pain in my buttocks and also few boils on my buttocks and pain on my legs and calf muscles .now sadly in my country we don t have the Western Bolt test offered by UOW . so i have to do either serology of IGG/IGM or PCR DNA serology test ..We don t have test to swab the blisters and test for PCR here in india .. It would be really grateful if someone here can help me with how to go about it . do i take it has HSV2 and start taking the antivirals and go with it or should i consider looking for other options , The reason i finally decide to write here was even the dermatologist are not able to make any proper diagnosis , The moved me from Candida to HSV2 and back to Candida in 6 months of time ..
