Negative IgG Question

This is going to sound like a pretty stupid question, but I've been very uneducated regarding my sexual health and I just need to be sure I understand something...

Background:

I'm 26 years old. I started having sex when I was 17 years old. To date I've only had sex with 6 women, 5 of whom I went to high school with. For the last 3 years I've been having sex with the same woman, until I cheated with a CSW in April. This year I took my first set of STD tests.

My Question:

Would my negative IgG results from these recent STD panels I've taken this year only be accurate for my most recent exposure, or would they be accurate/reliable for my sexual history for the last 9 years?

I'm an idiot. I read "HIV" instead of "HSV" antibodies. Thank you for your response.

Once a person has hsv antibodies they are detectable in their blood for life. These tests look for antibodies.

That I understand. Maybe I wasn't specific enough... Is a negative IgG result valid for never having had HSV-2, or is there a different test I'd need to take to rule out a long-term infection I may have picked up 6-7 years ago without having an outbreak?

If your tested then it shows the test results.
